The book contains contributions from experts, academics, and researchers interested in issues related to world heritage, who discussed the factors threatening world heritage sites over two days on October 21-22, 2019,at the Tunisian Academy of Sciences, Literature ,and Arts “Beit Al –Hikma”. This took place during an international conference organized by the Arts Department of the Academy, coinciding with the annual meeting of the International Committee on Historical Towns and Villages (CIVVIH).
