L’avènement de Hussein Bey, fondateur de la dynastie Husseinite (1705-1706)

The book is part of the history books series published by the Tunisian Beit El
Hikma Academy of Science, Literature and Art. It is a historical study depicting
the conditions and timeline of an important period in Tunisian history of Tunisia
characterized by the intensity and complexity of events, making it difficult to
understand and interpret them. However, this close reading of the works of
Tunisian and European historians makes it possible to picture it, makes clear the
Turkish-Arab conflicts taking place at the time, and brings out the part played by
Hussein Bey under the Moradi regime and the main conditions of the founding
of the Husaynid dynasty in 1705.
